Kenneth Biros and the one drug protocol

Those inside Ohio are arguing that the one drug protocol is unnecessary human experimentation.  Those outside Ohio are seemingly welcome the new protocol.  If the new protocol fails seemingly so does Ohio’s current execution method resulting in indefinite moratorium.  If the one drug protocol succeeds, one can ask, will there be  a rush of Baze-style stay requests. Stay tuned.

  2. whatever happened to a bullet behind the ear? Death is instant and painless. Then again, some folks think my suggestion is too easy a death for such a monster.
